最近有什么朋友在什么是调查问卷，会问哪些问题，下面列出的就是调查问卷里的问题，其实也没有什么都是一些很普通的问题，大家都不要那么担心，我这里发出来让大家看一下。

然后是你老板的签名就搞定了。
小结：总之没有什么可以担心的，就是一些很基本的公司问题，全部是由老板提供的。那连同问卷的同时他们可能还会要公司的一些financial statement(一般是最近一个财政年度的)，公司的GST returns，还是就是公司帮你付paye的情况，总体就是这些。总之还是那句话，不用太担心的.
