The Opportunity: We are searching for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to supervise and elevate our warehouse's outbound logistics. This full-time role is pivotal in managing our product dispatch operations to ensure a seamless transition from our hands to our customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the outbound team, fostering a culture of productivity and positive customer experiences.
- Optimize outbound processes for maximum efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer interactions with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold service quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the outbound department.
- Champion a culture of safety, efficiency, and camaraderie.
You Will Have:
- Proven leadership in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The role requires heavy lifting (up to 25kg or more), standing or walking for extended periods, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
