Sales Support Healthy And Fresh Ltd Location: Mangere，Auckland Permanent （Full time） Healthyand Fresh Ltd is seeking one Sales Support to join our friendly and fast-paced team. We are afast growing, wholesale, and import/export produce business servicing NewZealand’s leading supermarkets. This role will work in the head office locatedin Mangere. Key responsibilities: Process and follow up daily purchase orders. Arrange daily order deliveries. Liaise with different departments and provide support.      Follow up email, phone calls, correspondence, and     couriers. File documents, invoices, and delivery dockets Maintain database and online ordering system. Provide sales data and reports for decision making. Ensure all NZGAP required documents are up to date. Assist with other administrative matters. Develop good knowledge of all the product lines. Develop a good understanding of the needs of the     business operation. Develop a good understanding of the company’s     NZGAP manual. Promote the company at every opportunity. Ourideal candidate will have: A genuine passion for people and developing     people initiatives and an openness to learn and develop. Organized, relatable, engaging, and empathetic     nature. Being able to Speak Mandarin fluently and strong     written and oral communication skills. Previous experience in the produce wholesale     field (an advantage) Applicantsfor this role must have legal working rights in New Zealand.
