Responsibilities:

• maximise sales and market share in the assigned region
  
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product deliveries and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales or related work experience in household appliance arena.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other sales KPIs identified.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  
• Proficiency in using basic software and other sales tools.
