We have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-qualityprojects throughout Auckland. We are seeking a project coordinator to become avaluable member of our team.  

As a project coordinator, you will be working closely withthe project team and providing general support to ensure the smooth running of project.

Key Responsibilities

·        provide the project team with a range of supportduties including raising purchase orders, meeting co-ordination, to reportcollation.

·        Working with Project Managers, Architects,Engineers, owners and other specialists to ensure that goals are met.

·        Responding to enquiries and resolving problemsconcerning contracts, services, and projects.

·        Advising senior management on matters requiringattention and implementing their decisions.

·        Sharing relevant documentation and reports withproject teams.

·        Being point of contact for various workinggroups.

·        Provide documentation work from projectcommencement to completion.

Experience and Skills

·        Diploma degree as minimum

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·        Effective communication skills both in writtenand verbal.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        Proactive can-do attitude.

·        Reliable and enthusiastic

·        Full NZ driver license

·        Fluent in English and good command in Chinesewill be a plus.

·        Excellent organisational and time-managementskills
