The role:

As a Salesrepresentative/Account Manager your focus is on developing new businessopportunities whilst nurturing existing customer relationships.
Based at our Mt Roskill branch your focuswill be on managing your call cycle to successfully generate sales throughcustomer engagement; creating opportunities to assist in anticipating theirbuilding requirements and in-turn satisfying their on-site needs. You will workalong side internal departments such as; trade yard, sales support, estimating,design and manufacturing to ensure customer needs are continuously met orexceeded.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will possesa natural sales ability, be confident in customer service, be proficient inEnglish and Mandarin or Cantonese and have the drive and motivation to hunt outnew business opportunities. Accompanied by:

• Experience in the building/construction industry; experience in timber, especially frame & truss would be highly advantageous.
• A strong sales background; confident in new business development.
• A solutions-focused approach.  
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations by maintaining and developing working    relationships.
• Is confident with technology.
