我们诚招一名积极主动,有组织和沟通能力的Project Administrator加入我们的团队。 你将密切和项目经理和现场团队合作,协调并支持他们的工作,确保项目的顺利进行和完成。

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and the teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage all project communications and documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate seamless communication among project stakeholders from inquiry, quote, project planning, project delivery, project handover, and feedback.
  • Manage project schedules, update timelines and records, and assist in resource allocation.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations.
  • Process all essential administration, including quotes, purchase orders, project time records, timesheets, and Health and Safety on the projects.
  • Help with the invoicing and progress claims.
  • Attend to project quotation requests, prepare detailed quotes, and follow up with clients to facilitate a contract.
  • Track project progress and maintain records of hours worked and materials used on each project.
  • Update and maintain social media platforms, interact with users, and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide general administration support.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • A full driver's licence is essential
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to manage pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of work
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great relationship-building skills
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Contract administration experience would be beneficial
  • Invoicing and accounts experience would be beneficial
  • Some construction knowledge would be a benefit
  • Ability to be intuitive and stay one step ahead at all times
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
