Property and Administration Assistant
We are a high-profile property investment, management, and development company based in central Auckland. This position is a mix of property management and general administration. Working in a small team of six others you will be a hardworking, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and driven individual with a proven ability to handle a busy role and competing deadlines. You will have a positive, 'can-do' attitude, good communication skills both written and verbal, and a full New Zealand Driver’s License.
Main Responsibilities Include:
· Be the first point of contact for tenants and service contractors and arrange for repairs and maintenance to be undertaken.
· Undertake regular property inspections.
· Assist with the management of the relationship between any existing tenants and the onsite construction manager when works are undertaken on site.
· Assist with the marketing of properties.
· General administration and office assistance including filing, controlling the keys and access cards, answering the phone, arranging deliveries and couriers, greeting visitors, and other office tasks.
· Hospitality for office guests, including tea, coffee, and catering arrangements.
Experience in the construction industry, in property management or office management, would be a benefit. You will be provided with a car park, laptop, and mobile phone.
