Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic accounts team in the role of a part-time data entry/workshop account. The primary responsibilities include accurately entering job sheets into SAM (NZ motor vehicle workshop specialized software) and Motorcentral (NZ vehicle dealer specialized software), ensuring timely completion. Additionally, the role may involve other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.


Key Tasks:

• Enter job sheets into SAM and Motorcentral accurately.
• Cross-check information between SAM and Motorcentral.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Legal right to work in NZ.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
