Stronghold Electrical Ltd Looking for full-time Office Administrator & Accountant Requirements: Have at least one year of accounting and office work experience, relevant experience in construction is an advantage . Strong organizational and coordination skills, ability to multi-task and handle stress. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of fluent communication and writing in English. Proficient in using Xero and MS office software. University degree in Commerce. Must have a valid work visa. Job Responsibility including but not limited to: Accounts Receivables- invoicing and progress claims Accounts Payable and expense claims Bank reconciliation and GST returns Weekly payroll and Monthly PAYE filing Prepare quotations and follow up Maintain daily records of working hours and locations Manage calls and emails Manage inventory and assets Manage and administrator general office duties Salary: subject to experience We are looking for someone who is diligent and responsible, able to perform tasks from start to finish.
