Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team at NZ Post Tauranga branch. As a Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our post shop while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff members.
- Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent both in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail best practices.
- Knowledge of postal services and products (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries effectively.
