Administrative Support/Receptionist

Edu-kingdom College (EKC) is the number 1 private tuition college with more than 37 campuses throughout New Zealand and Australia. Applications are invited for a passionate and motivated person to join one of the most reputable after-school private tuition college in East Auckland , New Zealand.

LOCATION : East Tamaki, Dannemora

HOURS : Casual/Part-time (in the afternoons)

ROLE : reception & admin duties, management of the facilities, communication with students, parents and teachers and other duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

The successful applicant will need to meet the following selection criteria

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in Mandarin

• NZ Permanent residency or Citizenship (candidates with a valid working visa will be considered)

• Have a valid New Zealand driver's license and own transportation

• Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, ZOOM

• Able to provide outstanding customer services

• Able to work effectively with a wide range of people

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings

  
  

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or education within New Zealand
