We're looking for a full-time retail assistant to join our team at 2degrees Ormiston!

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility with roster and availability to work weekends and public holidays

In this role, you'll be:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers who have issues with their devices or services
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing product recommendations
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Assisting with visual merchandising and store layout to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
