About US: We are steel fabricator which specialized in Fabrication & Erection of structural steel beam fabrication for both residential and commercial buildings.

JD - Structural Steel Detailer This position requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the fabrication and assembly of steel components. This role involves translating engineering designs and specifications into precise technical drawings that can be used by fabricators and construction teams to build steel structures such as buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. Requirements: Can understand and read Architectural and Structural Drawings Can develop detailed 3D Models and detect potential model clashes or connection issues Can creat shop drawings for steel structures showing required dimensions, welds, holes, locations surface treatments and finishes Can use Tekla Structures and CAD software Can understand basic steel beam fabrication processes Good communication skill (both written and verbal) Relevant diploma degree or more than three years CAD draftman with steel beam experience High attention to the details Positive working attitude, basic with teamwork
JD - QS (Quantity Surveyor）
Task: Prepare quotations for the clients for the steel bean and calculate material costs for each job. Review and understand the drawings and specifications. Assistant of on-site manager to scope and price work. Identify and manage clients’ requirements.
Qualifications & experience:
A relevant QS Qualification or studying towards or similar working experience in construction. Knowledge of building methodology and materials. Good communication skills / client relationship-building skills High level of planning and organization Relevant previous experience in Construction is preferred Both languages (English and Mandarin) is plus
JD - Project Coordinator
Responsible:
1.Assisting the Quantity Surveying (QS) team: This involves facilitating communication between the QS team / Measure team and the site manager, handling measurement arrangements, problem-solving, and serving as an on-site coordinator. Assisting with site liaison, problem-solving, and material procurement. 2.Supporting senior QS in creating new quotes: This includes providing assistance to senior QS members in preparing new project quotes. This could involve gathering necessary information, conducting research, and assisting in the estimation process. 3.Supporting and following up on material orders: This responsibility involves helping senior QS members in ordering materials as per project plans and ensuring timely follow-up to ensure that materials are procured according to schedule. This is essential for maintaining project timelines and ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed. Request of the candidate: Proficient in Microsoft office Good communication skill, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills The ability to solve problems and critical thinking
JD - Accountant Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that all bank reconciliations is completed on time 2. Ensure that all invoices to vendors are issued correctly 3. Ensure petty cash management is correct and up to date 4. Process vendors’ invoices /credit notes and our payments to the Company’s XERO system 5. Assist in month-end closing & provide monthly report to manager 6. Complete all data entry requirement for Finance Department accurately and ensuring that deadlines requirements are met 7. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, vendors accounts, and GST accounts for two monthly GST return 8. Accounts payable functions: Make sure all bills from suppliers match with PO with accurate quantity & price 9. Accounts Receivables functions: Send reminders to customers & make sure all payments received on time 10. Raise PO and place order with suppliers Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with English & Mandarin Bachelor degree of Accounting and similar type position for 1+ year experience Proficiency with MS office application and XERO software
