FX Account Manager - Auckland CBD

CFG Global Limited is a fast-growing financial service company located in Auckland CBD. We have been in this industry since 2009. The business focuses on global payment, remittance and FX which covers more than countries and tens of vertical demands. Product & service includes CNY cross-border, Cross-border remittance, Global collection & payout, FX Hedging, clearance and settlement, Global virtual accounts, Cards Issue, payment aggregation, etc.

We're looking for an Account Manager, who has a passion for the FX industry, with experience and knowledge on international business compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

        •        Observe the fluctuations in exchange rates and financial markets

        •        Formulate and adjust the marketing strategy/pricing strategy/operation strategy according to market shifts.

        •        onboard new clients according to company and market regulations.

        •        Manage client daily requirements and maintain good relationships; develop new clients based on existing ones.

        •        Cooperate with the company's needs and carry out necessary market development work, including but not limited to: Telephone sales, EDM and Client visits.

        •        Actively follow the industry policy change to understand its implications on clients business and make adjustments on either products or services accordingly.

•        Apply relevant legal and compliance knowledge and requirements to actual business; Cooperate, execute, and maintain the company's compliance and legal system.

Who we are looking for:

        •        Relevant bachelor degree or above from Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing.

        •        Bilingual (English and Mandarin) in both business speaking and writing.

        •        3 years or more of financial service industry/financial legal experience is preferred;

        •        Those with cross-border e-commerce experience are preferred;

        •        Be able to quickly learn new industry knowledge and have the ability to accept new things
