Sierra is looking for a full time chef to work at the Botany Town Centre.
You will be lead the small kitchen by your self and have a hand in menu creation, you can creation any season meal by your idea and weekly special.
We provide actual breaks, staff meals, and endless coffee. Weekend needed, we are open 7 days 7:30a.m to 6p.m
Applicants must:
Have a good attitude, work ethic
Prepare and present all kitchen dishes, cabinet food & simple baking.
Develop the café's menu, including weekly specials
Be competent and confident in a busy kitchen environment, and able to stay cool under pressure
Follow food safety procedures and kitchen systems diligently.
Be open minded, inclusive (rainbow friendly), and positive.
