About The Role
We are seeking a property manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations with a focus on landlord & tenant management, property upkeep and maintenance, reporting, owner relations, planning and business development. You will have opportunities for career development with exposure to strategic business planning, budgeting, marketing and sales. We are also looking for friendly, enthusiastic, energetic people who are just starting their journey in the property management field. For these roles we are looking for ‘people people’ who love face to face interaction and believe in providing excellent service to their customers.
Responsibilities & Experiences• Day to day engagement with our tenants in a timely manner
• Asset/facilities management including inspecting and maintaining properties
• Landlord service, relationship management and communication
• All-round property management and leasing
• Delivering our business development strategy & marketing
• Ensuring optimum listing management
• Troubleshooting and solution focused
• Reporting to stakeholders on the business, facilities and financial performance
• Regular summary of market trends, data and analysis
• Assist with project marketing and other regular office work
