Our properties are listed on seven mainstream short-term rental platforms commonly used by global travellers, with high-quality decoration and service standards. Whether for vacations or business trips, travellers can enjoy Infinity Collection's professional services and premium accommodation experience. Our goal is to cooperate with landlords for mutual benefits, bring them stable high returns, and meet travellers' demands for quality accommodation.
About the role We are seeking a property manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations with a focus on guest management, property upkeep and maintenance, reporting, owner relations, planning and business improvements. You will have opportunities for career development with exposure to strategic business planning, budgeting, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities - Liaising with guests, owners, cleaners, and contractors
- Pre-stage landlord communication, procurement, and set up home.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests. Stand by for the guests
- Management of property upkeep, maintenance, and repairs
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships
- Monthly report
- Troubleshooting and solutions focussed
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Create and optimise online listings
- Day to day operations, pick up incoming calls anytime
- Assist Office manager with general office work
- Assist and attend company activities. Be a team player
- Summary of Market Trends, Data, and Analysis
