Job description · Checking and posting daily sale orders and invoices. · Collecting and scheduling the account payable timely and precisely. · Assistant to Finance manager in processing the monthly end procedure. · Other ad hoc jobs. Requirement: · Relevant Tertiary degree or related qualification. · Proficient in Xero, unleashed software and MS office package and intermediate to advance with Excel. · High self-motivation with a Can Do Attitude. · Pay attention to detail. · Fluency in both Chinese and English. · Must be Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working Visa.
