Office admin/assistant Auckland Based Full time, permanent role HG WINDOWS AND DOORS is a premier provider of residential windows and doors around Auckland. About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the purpose of this role is to support and coordinate the administrative activities and functions The role will: ◎provide fast, efficient and quality administration support to general manager ◎be hands on helping direct and drive the necessary systems and procedures into the business in a positive manner both internally and externally administration procedures and processes ◎ be proactive, having superior attention to detail and prioritising the above functions to ensure all key tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner with expected results being achieved in all cases. You will continually strive to identify, implement and improve administration and/or staff effectiveness, efficiency and quality. You will build excellent business relationships with staff, clients and all relevant parties to support the business to meet and exceed our client expectations. These activities are performed and communicated in a positive manner both internally and externally. You will champion the continued development and delivery of the Company's guiding principles. We are looking for the following skills and experience: experienced in Architectural drawings, especially for windows and doors Expert user of Microsoft suite of products (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CAD) Superior report writing skills Exceptional time management and planning skills Previous strong administration experience in support roles Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin language skills Proven ability in accurate and quality output of work Planning ability - ability to prioritize workload People management and effective communication skills Innovation in the workplace.
