Harcourts Hoverd & Co are currently seeking a Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to one of our top performing Sales Consultants.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Taking care of the listing process
• AML
• Creating marketing proposals
• Sale & Purchase agreements
• Social media/design work
• Writing text for listings
• Writing scripts for videos
• Being the point of contact between suppliers
• Organising open homes
• Booking flights/accommodation for events
• Travelling if needed
• Email management
  

We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

Other essential knowledge and skills include:

• The ability to work overtime where required
• Confident computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use initiative and work proactively
• A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in Mandarin with the ability to also read and write in Mandarin
