Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in quantity surveyor

Minimum of 3 years local working experience in the construction industry

Solid understanding of building methods and materials

The ability to read and interpret building plans

Skill estimating building, material and labour costs

Experience with MS office and QS software

A disciplined, self-motivated person

Attention to detail and time management

This role will involve but will not be limited to:

Estimating, drafting and managing project budgets

Pricing of variations

Assistant to the director and project managers for cost management

Prepare a schedule of quantities used in the tendering process

Prepare reports before and during building projects showing costs

Visit building sites to monitor progress

Manager project contracts

Comparing a building's cost to similar buildings

主要的工作包括：

制定工程项目的预算

项目进行过程中对变更的价格进行估算

协助项目经理和director管理项目造价

准备招标过程中的工程量清单

项目进行过程中向公司director报告项目成本

监控每个工地项目进度，并准备进度款申请

比较项目造价和类似项目，提出成本控制建议

管理项目合同
