Due to our on-going growth, we will expand our customer service team in NewZealand branch. We are looking for a self-motivated person to join ourexperienced team and work closely with our other teams in different countries.You will feel your progress in our on-the-job training.

                                          JobDescription

• Provide full range of account service to clientsworldwide.

• Handle client enquires through multiple communicationchannels.

• Update and maintenance of various documents, reports,customer database and platforms.

• Establish and maintain effective communication withpartners, colleagues, and other oversea centres.

                                               Skills and Experience Required

• Ability to work flexible roster hours

• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.

• Speaking Southeast Asian Languages is an advantage.

• Excellent in client service mindset and interpersonalcommunication skill

• Be a team player and fits in well with team dynamics

• Ability to work under pressure.
