If you are an experienced Legalexecutive/assistant, this could be the job for you!  

We are a small, fresh, friendly Asian-based law firm, with a fast-growing practice.  Specializations of this firm include but are not limited to immigration, conveyancing, trust, and commercial law.  

You’ll be joining a firm where staff are encouraged, supported, and given opportunities to develop their skills, as we get the job done and get it done well, challenge ourselves to improve and work together, value and support each other.

The role is to provide front-line services and support to the team in a busy, fun environment.  

Are you our ideal candidate?

·       Excellent customer service skills, telephone manners, and communication skills

·       Proficiency in word processing using the Microsoft Office Suite

·       A Bachelor degree with 1-year work experience in the legal industry

·       Consistency in producing a high standard of work

·       Motivated, friendly, helpful, and professional

·       Understands the importance of deadlines

·       Able to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese will be advantageous

·       Able to work independently or in a team
