新西兰法律规定，消费者在“买卖行为“（in trade）中的权益由以下两部法律规制：

①Fair Trading Act（FTA）

②Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)。

为了维护消费者权益，所有在天维论坛进行的交易都需要明确这是否是一个“买卖行为”（in trade）。

因此，所有在天维论坛发布的带交易性质的帖子都将会被自动打上标识。

Newly built apartment near Ara city campus (driving 4 minutes or cycling 7 minutes).  Brand new bed (queen size sleepyhead bed that is locally made very comfortable), new wash machine, new fridge and new kitchen.  Rent is $160 (including internet and furniture) +sharing electricity (around $5-15 per week); available time is early March 2021.  Suitable for students who go to Ara for study or work near the city.  House owner is currently studying in Ara and also working part-time.
