With anexpanding workload, we are looking for an Architectural Technician to join inour team.

About the role

·        Working with technical team to complete buildingconsent working drawings and tender issue Drawings.

·        Liaising with clients, consultants, contractorsand team members to ensure the projects are delivered within time frame and budgetwith high quality coordinated documentation.

·        Project architect/site observation duringconstruction to ensure efficient and effective construction on site.

Skills and experience

·        Minimum one-year local relevantexperience.

·        NZ recognized degree or other relevantqualification in Architecture.

·        Understanding of NZ construction methodsand detailing, sound knowledge of NZBC, building consent and resourceconsent procedures.

·        Professional with AutoCAD software,Knowledge of Revit will be beneficial.

·        Strong technical knowledge and attentionto detail.

·        Excellent written and verbalcommunication skill.

·        Good time management skill.
