Rent 200/week + power/Gas/internet.
Very comfortable Queen bed/base in the room. This room gets the sunlight most of the day and keep it warm.
All the Rooms are located on upstairs. The living and kitchen is in downstairs. Therefore, you can sleep peacefully with lot it privacy.

This is a 3 Bed room Fully furnished house with a smaller courtyard at the back where you can do a small bbq in the nice summer.

Washing machine and a dryer in the garage. Shared Kitchen & lounge. There is a gust toilet in downstairs as well.

Less than 200m to Hagley park and this will definitely encourage you to do some walking and runnings in the warm mornings and evenings.
10min walking distance to CBD, Christchurch hospital and Otago medical faculty in the hospital, Morehouse ave, most of famous restaurants and pubs on Riccarton road. Riccarton suburb (Hagley west)
2 other exciting male flatmates. One Student and full time worker who loves nice motorbike rides in the sunny days.
