从这次疫情反映出非常明显的一点就民主国家和专制国家信息传播的不对称，民主国家新闻自由完全受到宪法保护，所有途径的信息自由流通，老板姓会根据这些相对客观的信息做出自己的判断，所以很难存在谣言，通常都会不攻自破，更谈不上黑白颠倒客观事实的长期存在。
专制国家完全相反对内屏蔽，删除所有不想让老板姓看到的信息，惩戒有不同看法的信息发布者，天天重复着当权者想让你知道的信息，对外利用民主国家新闻自由的弱点，到处散布谎言，各种借口甩锅。

一个国家的外交部发言人有的话绝对不可以乱说的，是么叫可能病毒是美国的发源地？
是就拿出科学依据，不清楚或不确定的话不能像我们一般老板姓吵架一样口出狂言的，乱说的

请你想想，美国之前的流感不可能是新冠病毒，因为你也看到了这个病毒传染性极强，美国有2亿人，如果那时候是的话早就病毒传遍全世界了。按你的逻辑美国在隐瞒真相，但全世界其它国家不可能也全部隐瞒病情吧。

一面说中国宣传甩锅，一面自己引用的全是国内的消息，这不是自相矛盾么？？

现在谁甩锅甩得最厉害看不到么？？ 连WHO都莫名中枪

“疫情可防可控”这个词在任何一个国家都频繁使用，难道瞎了？

远的不说就说说这新西兰阿登姐，“教科书式的应对”“完全可控”是谁说的，现在一封边境一撒现金全都叫好了，脸呢？ 脸呢？？！where is your honour?

有一点你说的对，中国人是爱面子，中国人要脸面，要最基本的底线和尊严。不仅要强大，还要是受人尊敬的强大。

有話好好說，不用這麼激動。

首先，並不是每個其他國家都一開始就說可防可控。

英國首相一開始的時候說什麼？
Many of your loved one will die.

以下是紐西蘭首相在三月四日，當紐西蘭有第二個病例的時，在Facebook 發表的。她從沒說可防可控。她只說我們政府已經有計劃應對。請注意，她從沒說 we can contorl the spread, 或者說 there will not be a outbreak of infection. 她說 we have a plan， we are prepared.


(prepared 不代表保證結果會很好。這些政治家用詞都是有準備的。比如說，我考試準備好了，不等於我一定會拿高分）

Bit of a warning, this will be a long post!

You’ve probably seen the news today that a second person in New Zealand has been confirmed to have COVID-19. I understand some people will be feeling a bit anxious about what that means for them or their families. Understandably there will be lots of questions too.

I hope this update will answer some of the common queries, and let you know exactly what the Government’s doing to respond to the situation. I’ll provide as much information as I can, so again, apologies for the long post.

First, I want to make it clear that this is something we anticipated and planned for. New Zealand’s pandemic plan, which has been active since January, contains concrete measures to deal with viruses like this. Dealing with another case of COVID-19 was not unexpected, and we are likely to see further cases. We are well-prepared for this.

To update you on the current case: the affected family is in isolation at home, and I’ve been informed that they’re all doing well (many cases of Covid-19 globally have been mild to moderate so don’t require hospital care.) Contact tracing is underway, and health professionals are closely monitoring the situation.

I know some people have asked about schools, especially as there were young people involved in the case today.  As the Director-General mentioned this afternoon, there is clear data that shows that people who don’t have symptoms are very unlikely to spread the virus. The students involved in the case today aren’t symptomatic. If you do have any concerns, Healthline is the best place to contact. While we’re rolling out our planned response, there’s things you can do too. It’s really important that everyone takes simple hygiene precautions, just like you would for regular colds and flu. This includes:

- Washing your hands
- Sneezing into your elbow
- Self isolating if you’re unwell

As a result of the measures we’ve put in place so far – and because New Zealanders have been willing to play their part – we’ve been amongst some of the successful countries at keeping the virus under control so far. We’ve put in place extra border controls, we’ve staffed up passenger checks and implemented self-isolation procedures. This is a dynamic situation, and we’re constantly monitoring and responding to new local and international information.

Along with health issues, we’re also dealing with the economic impacts of COVID-19.

We’ve already announced a number of things to support affected businesses and workers, including:
- Practical assistance for workers who need to move into other jobs
- Direct support for affected industries, such as an $11m boost to Tourism New Zealand to deal with immediate issues, and expanded local support for regional businesses
- Rapid response teams to provide expert support to affected employers and workers

We’ll be keeping a close eye on this as the situation changes, but in terms of the economy, we’re starting from a good position, thanks to careful economic management. We have solid growth, low debt, low unemployment, and a surplus.

最後，我真的是不知道為什麼這麼多這裡的中國人這麼恨我。事情做錯了談都不能談嗎？這論壇都是中文，洋人也看不懂。如果我的用意是蓄意中傷中國人，我幹嘛白癡到一個全是中國人的論壇來重傷？我去YouTube, 去Facebook, 那邊的人比這裡多的去了。如果我說的不對。大家好好談，如果有連結，貼上來大家看。如果我錯了我改文道歉都ok.
