Job Description

• Assistant     Manager, Empire Columbia Princeton Apartments, University Precinct
• Candidate     must speak English, and Chinese, or Korean, or Japanese
• Front     desk hospitality management – recruitment and servicing of tenants
• Sales or     hospitality experience – strong people skills a plus.
• Build     customer relations and ability to provide helpful service to guests
• Diplomatic     to all tenants' requests, rental collection, etc
  

Requirements:

• Strong     sales and people skills, friendly and good communications
• Graduates     (Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology)
• Sales     background a plus – training offered to motivated candidates
• Proficiency     in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software
• Fluent in English, and Chinese, or Korean, or     Japanese
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
