新西兰法律规定，消费者在“买卖行为“（in trade）中的权益由以下两部法律规制：

①Fair Trading Act（FTA）

②Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)。

为了维护消费者权益，所有在天维论坛进行的交易都需要明确这是否是一个“买卖行为”（in trade）。

因此，所有在天维论坛发布的带交易性质的帖子都将会被自动打上标识。

Christchurch second hand car company(Wigram )is looking for car groomers.

Requirements for this position:

1. Hold a valid New Zealand work visa or PR

2. Hold a valid New Zealand driving licence (Restrict and above)

3. Be able to drive manual cars, have basic knowledge of cars

4. No bad driving records

5. Main responsibilities are to clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles, register the vehicles at VTNZ, and test drive the vehicles

6. Be able to work on weekends

7. The current position is casual
