The chance of doubling is more real than ever.

1) If there is another crisis, the chance of quantitative easing is more real than ever, with interest at 1% or 0% means the market will be flooded with money again. The same pattern will evolve from the last crisis.


2) Money will lost power more and more and we lost the purpose of having money.


3) a new standard measurement of value will take over and might replace the concept of money.


4) The new world order will ask for a reset.


5) When one particular group is in control of land and resources, it will attract hatred and jealousy. By then, you will appreciate what is rule of law, can NZ still have the rule of law to protect the minority in a time of crisis?


Democracy might not really work in the next era, it will lead to chaos and regression. by this, it will mean the decline of Western liberal democracy and there will be riots and war.

6) China replaces the USA as a new world order and the West starts to learn a new form of dictatorial democracy.

Few Sale agents who work for the group have left, some were "very successful", I think been investigated by their boss and warned and left voluntarily or investigation is now ongoing.



Put it this way:

Any "Fake buyers offers" (as alleged) will have to be presented by the Real Estate Agent, if the agent knew they are fake, do you think the agent should do it if they are to act for the interest for the seller? who pay them the commission. The Rot is in the real estate industry as well.



If there is an investigation on the Real Estate Agencies, most of the offers by the agents acting for this group should be looked into and investigated. The Vendors should be told, how many were fake offers in their sales.  These agents can be identified easily in group photos.

if this group of people think they are big, invincible and have the ability to trash the market as they wish and use the Real Estate Agents to facilitate their doing, better think again.


Another big fine on the real estate agencies, if the commCom is to investigate those agencies. They will be wrong under the "Fair Trading Act" -  Misleading and deceptive conduct

there are other tactics, may be, i said may be:
Following famous books such as how to win friends in 30 days and how to find girlfriends in 30 days, few other pieces of literature on buying and selling properties have been developed as well, haha......., namely, the infamous:


how to make your neighbours sell their house within 30 days

how to sabotage your neighbours (units, cross lease) when they sell their house

how to make your neighbours break down and give up within 30 days.

how to wage psychological warfare on the sellers and break them down?

MAy be, May be, i said May be.

Correct, not necessary just Asian buying houses, there are Chinese Group (commonly taken as dofu followers), Kiwi Group, Iran/Iraqi/ Arabic Group, Indian Group etc.


They all have a minibus and carry their own flags.
