Beneficiaries will be encouraged to move to smaller towns, it is easier and gives them a bigger bang on their welfare money.
In fact, the government will give them $3000 moving costs if they are willing to move out of Auckland. Send them all to Gisborne, Taupo, Rotorua, and built massive kiwiRent (state housing) for them, the land will be cheaper there.
Some towns will become a beneficiaries town (100% of the population on benefits) sooner or later.
In fact, another solution for homeless in Auckland is to build a village for them, let them live in a communal village, applying Maori marae concept on them and feed them with food that they plant for themselves (vegetable garden), have some medical doctors visiting them if needed to from time to time. Turn them into more productive people by having a communal care approach.
I walked passed many homeless people on Queen Street, they really got nothing to do except sitting there, I always think they can be made better use. A simple solution yet because of politically correct minded Western democracy, they will not choose to do it, they will say this idea is inhuman, against human rights.......haha.
These politically correct people should go and wipe the rampant vomit and urine on Queen Street.
