Responsibilities

·        Promote ICT products, goods and services to Retail/Commercial/Education customers.

·        Engage and qualify customer, able to demonstrate good product knowledge & offer solutions, ensure a smooth sales process.

·        Open-minded, always good positive attitude toward internal/external customers, good listening skills are essential.

·        Understand and promote company goals and culture.

·        Front counter customer services experience are needed.

·        Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

·        IT education background.

·        Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge.

·        Excellent customer service skills.

·        Fluent English communication skill in both verbal and written.

·        With experience in retail sales and good manner for customer service.

·        Proactive, positive attidude and hardworking.

·        Outgoing personality and a team player.
