1个是KIWIBUILD，1个是到机场的轻轨计划
KIWIBUILD是烂大街人所共知了，，机场轻轨也是肯定烂尾。。市区BRITOMART到MOULD EDEN 三公里多的地铁超支那么多。。。如果修到机场，那就可以想想周期也预算要超多少了。

我不质疑政府这帮人的智商情况，但肯定确认他们治国（治一个相当于国内三级偏下地级市）的能力实在太低了！
