just a short story, 2017 someone sold a house to to a family for $1.2million, the house was recently listed again for auction. for 6 months it didn't sell, and offered to sell for $1.25million.
It was finally sold for $1.05 million, the previous owner bought it back. The previous owner said they know the house well as it was their family house for more than 10 years.
Pressure too much to handle $1 million loan for the couple. One lost job, the financial stress built up.
Interest rising is not even in the equation yet........... it will increase the temperature if it happens.
