u shud cut him off from ur life and the life of ur kids.
and then off to seek a lawyer to draw up an agreement to divide up properties and sort out kids perks.
if he doesn't want to take responsibility, take his arse to court annd rotisserize it on the proverbial spit over a pit of fire lit up by the wrath of justice.
