新西兰法律规定，消费者在“买卖行为“（in trade）中的权益由以下两部法律规制：

①Fair Trading Act（FTA）

②Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)。

为了维护消费者权益，所有在天维论坛进行的交易都需要明确这是否是一个“买卖行为”（in trade）。

因此，所有在天维论坛发布的带交易性质的帖子都将会被自动打上标识。

UMI Sushi has been in business for 18 years in that location.As the business is expanding now, there are positions become available. we are looking for people who are confident ,outgoing and friendly, displaying a positive and "can do" attitude to join our team.

>>Cashier

•accurately processes all the payments and transctions

•opening and closing balance in the pos system

•deal with customer's request

•passionate about delivering excellent customer service

•good communication skills

•be efficient and professional

>>Sushi chefs

•positive and profesional working attitude

•able to efficiently communicate with others

•preparing and making the sushi and dishes

•helping with menu developing

•helping with inventory or stock managment

Those are full time/part time positions(20 fro part time/35 hours or more). The applicants MUST be resonblely flexible about shift. Provious experience in cookery or customer service will be advantage but not essential. review will be carried out regularly.

A salary or wages will be highly related with skills and experience. review will be carried out regularly.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
