The tenant will ask you to book a 5 star hotel, and some cash offer, and a moving truck to help them to move. They will ask $5000.00 cash to be put on a golden plate before they will sit down and negotiate.
if not, they will shake shake their heads....
You should not sign the sale and purchase agreement with vacant possession. You would rather give discount of $2000.00 to the purchaser and sign the agreement subject to tenancy. Otherwise, your balls will be squeezed by the tenants on one hand and the purchaser on the other hands for late interest payment at 14%.......
