We are seeking an experienced motel manager. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, motivated, outgoing, has good communication skills and must be live in the motel.
Robroy Motor Inn has 17 rooms and is very close to Rotorua Central Mall (only 1.2km).
Job tasks and responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing reservation.
2. Managing check in/check outs and greeting our guests in a friendly and helpful manner and assisting with any requirements guests may need.
3. Taking and amending reservations received via phone/email or online.
4. Overseeing cleaning staff
5. Processing payments
6. Arranging purchasing activities, planning budgets and maintaining and overseeing financial transactions
7. Maintaining and updating the motel’s website, and make some promotion activities
8. Ensuring occupational health and safety regulations
9. Supervising security arrangements
10. Regular maintenance of infrastructure
