Yes, that is what my boss is doing. He is paying me monthly in advance. I am surprised that he has such nice cash flow. :-)

My first three jobs is paying me monthly (not in advance) in China in 1995. But it becomes better in New Zealand. Some pay weekly in my previous job and now my boss paying monthly in advance. :-)

It is not simply writing website for a programmer to be partner.

For simple cloud hosting, who is paying the bill for amazon aws hosting? Is that the programmer? The bill will be very big if the site is very popular.
For co-location hosting, the initial bill is huge. The brand new server costs nzd2,000+. The co-location monthly fee might reach to nzd1,000+ Who is paying the bill? :-)
