跟特产店买保健品和化妆品中的退货问题（已经回答）

你好，想请教一下大律师，在特产品店买的保健品和化妆品是否可以7天内无理由退货？

我们在一家特产品店买了近2000多块钱的保健品和化妆品，但是发现有些东西买贵了，第二天跑去退货，被店家拒绝，请问这种做法合法吗？因为我记得新西兰法律里，只要没有损坏商品和拥有相关收据，是可以7天无理由退货的。是这样的吗？

错误，在新西兰是没有这样的法律的。

Usually when you buy things the contract is final. You don't have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you've changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

When you are NOT entitled to a refund

You are not automatically entitled to take goods back for a refund if you’ve changed your mind and decide you don’t want the goods. For example, you won’t be able to get a refund on goods if:

• you have buyer’s remorse and wish you hadn’t spent the money
• you find cheaper goods in a different shop
• you get the goods home and your wife doesn’t like the colour
• you buy some clothes, don't try them on beforehand and find out later that they're too small
• you buy goods as a gift for someone and they already have these goods.

啊！这样啊~~~那为什么像warehouse，Metro10那样的大店就不需要理由直接退， 难道这个只跟商家的policy 有关？

Some retailers will let you change your mind
Although the law doesn’t require it, some retailers will let you return goods for a cash refund and some retailers will let you return goods for an exchange or a credit note.
If you’re unsure about the suitability of goods you’re buying, ask the shop about their exchange or refund policy before you buy.

Store policy

如果只是买贵了而没有其他合理理由，对价不需要退货的。
