想问新政里说要提供海外买家所在国的税务信息但是在国内没有税单什么的应该怎样处理。还有如果是1年student visa持有者而且学生签证不间断的已经续签过4年这样的情况属于海外人士吗？

你应该不属于海外人士了。因为你拥有了长期签证

您好，以下是相关解释。你的情况是需要在当地注册IRD号码，如果不是你的main home的话。

Under the new legislation:

Property buyers/sellers must provide their IRD number and other details when transferring property (there will be an exemption for the main home, but this doesn’t apply to offshore persons or trusts).

Those who are tax resident in another jurisdiction to also provide the equivalent of their IRD number in that country (if the person is able to claim the main home exemption they do not need to provide this information).

Offshore persons who need to apply for a New Zealand IRD number will be required to have an operational New Zealand bank account as a pre-requisite。
