tribunal就是这样的 你需要自己找 看看能不能根据手上现有的信息去查 比如 车牌号 手机号码 名字 驾照 工作单位 facebook等

另外关于bond refund 房客是可以单方面claim的，bond center应该会照refund form上的地址联系你
A One Party Claim is where you complete the Bond Refund form and send it to the Department of Building and Housing without the landlord’s signature. The Department will write to your landlord about the bond refund, and give them 15 working days to respond. If your landlord agrees with the information on the Bond Refund form, it will be processed. If your landlord disagrees with the information on the form then the bond will be placed in dispute and you will be advised of your options.

不过您下边给的资料并没有说如果房东没有接到centre发来的bond refund通知或者没有回复会怎么办 实际情况 ...

如果房东没有回复他们会按没有异议处理。你先确认他们给你发了信没有 寄的是哪个地址。
