contrarian behaviour..... As people start to think prices are going to increase due to better economic outlooks, the market will behave in opposite directions.
People who shouted price increase, or buy buy buy or zhang zhang zhang, probably recently bought some properties.... just like people who just bought some shares will hang around in the stock exchange hoping price will increase and join in the crowd shouting mood. |
