小女子一家马上要从基督城搬到奥克兰了。求高人指点在哪里买房合适呢？

Is difficult to understand akl unless you are physically here and drive around and walk around and see around..... otherwise, it is like reading " where to live in auckland" and a lot of information there is no longer relevant as North shore and Centre are moving so fast in the last 2 yrs...... people and prices.

You need to take the initial shock .....
Then becomes realistic....
then moving on.... and searching.... and finding.

When we first came here, just me and my wife, we just drove around and explore different places and finally settle on north shore.

now with children ... things get slower.

i like chch.... the fish and chip shop ( vietnamese owned)  in front of clyde rd, is it still there?  


You can see north shore as the size of chch.... almost same population.

i can see auckland in 15 yrs time will be mixed asian city as more kiwi going away or leaving else where...
Seem like it will become a reality...
