您好，我们认为hotel 的行为是不正确的，也和ls的看法有些分歧，we provide our reasons below:

1. 对方并不是公共机构，没有直接审理权。在没有损失的情况下，无权直接作废您的产品或服务，就算有合同条款也必须be consistent with the terms of consumer guarantees Act, in particular, be consistent with Section 19, that the purpose of these tickets is in my opinion, be met irrelevant of the person(s) making such consumption. 而如果强调换一个人，就改动了voucher的目的，随之取消服务，本省就不符合消费者保护法。

29 Guarantee as to fitness for particular purpose
Subject to section 41, where services are supplied to a consumer there is a guarantee that the service, and any product resulting from the service, will be—

(a) reasonably fit for any particular purpose; and

(b) of such a nature and quality that it can reasonably be expected to achieve any particular result,—

that the consumer makes known to the supplier, before or at the time of the making of the contract for the supply of the service, as the particular purpose for which the service is required or the result that the consumer desires to achieve, as the case may be, except where the circumstances show that—

(c) the consumer does not rely on the supplier's skill or judgment; or

(d) it is unreasonable for the consumer to rely on the supplier's skill or judgment.

2. 您的行为是意图转让，不是用他人实际使用的情况，在这种状态不构成违约。就是说，一个人有犯罪意图但没有行为支持的情况下，无法构成犯罪。虽然这个例子有点不恰当，但是意思是说，在没有行为构成使用的情况下，不构成实际违约，最多只能被解释为试图违约，而attempted breaches do not itself invoke the remedies enlisted within a contract, i.e. the repudiation in this instance.

3. 每一张voucher 都是单独的产品，不能因为取消一张而取消所有。建议和对方好好谈一下，提出以上的投诉。
