I agree with you. A lot of international students rely on agents. Part of reasons is they don't know here, but most of reasons are they are lazy. Pay the money to ask agent do everything for them. I have a niece, her IELS has pass the Uni requirement, I told her from Uni website to download the form, fill in, and send to Uni, but she didn't do it at all, she asked agent did this for her. This is such a simply thing to do. So far I know her so trust agents.
