我到跟lsmm不一样，我比较喜欢在病房里干，但是我喜欢外科，和 DCC, HDU,

theater也挺爽，整天开膛破肚的，比较有意思，我这人一见血就兴奋

读护士，说难不难说容易也不容易，在这我就想说一点，我发现很多aisian nurse,尤其是中国护士就算是成功毕业了以后，在找到了工作以后，还是有语言问题的，他们说话很多病人和医生都听不懂，还有作为一个中国人，有的人给我hand over 的时候 我都听不懂它在跟我说什么

hey dear, i think you are talking about me, was the one talking about couldnt understand chinese nurse.

sorry im at work cant type chinese, i didnt mean that i couldnt undertand them due to the acsent, its because the way they saying when they are in hurry or nervous they could not express them well.

i got quite a lot problem with understanding indians, ended up i just give up.

i love to work with chinese nurses, they are very telant and hard working and easy to work with. always very polite to all the staffs and patients, not being rude at all.

the english problem i found actually not from the chinese nurses who are from chinese with oversea experince, they are those who actually trained in nz,

you  girls are just great!
