前驱和后驱车。。。一对轮胎一样就可以了。。我的意思是左右算一对。。别4个轮子都不一样。。MINI应该不会有事。。

i agree with it...since mini is fwd.as long as same size in the front, same size at the back....it wont make a hugedifferent.........and height of the tyres is not much...205/50/r16 and 195/50/r16..so, height different is 10mmx50%=5mm..so no worry...

for the dash light problem..it's because after u change the tyres..the tyre pressure is different than before....so, the warning light come out!!

asume ur car is 2002-2006
to solve the problem.....
1) go to petrol station.....pump up the tyre pressure to factory recommend
2)ignition off
2)there is a button under ur handbrake (not ur handbrake release button)...(like a "U" with "!" inside)..
3) hold that button and turn ur key to on (the second position)
4)hold the button until the dash warning light come to solid (if it's solid before, hold it for 5-10 second more)
5)turn the key off and release the button
6) turn the key on again and the light will off after drive for a while

if ur car is 07+..the reset can be done on other method

only the lower part (which have contract with the road) will affect the height of the car...
so, 10mm is the overall diameter of tyres...but the car only drop 5mm

thats the right calculation, just different way of saying, all professionals will calculate the exact difference between two tyres' diametres, and it is only the lower part affects. and different  ...

i agree different size of tyres will affect the car..especially left/right size different will damage the lsd or diff...different in front and rear will damage the centre diff, transmission  in 4wd car...also, it may mis function the abs and control stability system..
we just mis-understanding and talking different way...haha
