我考过了FULL 考官也给了我作为临时驾照的纸为什么发我的licence后面有 must be accomoanied by supervisor (except moped/ATV) 这句话是不是AA搞错了??

because you just passed the theory test...
you need practical driving test to get true full licence...

this is normal when you convert your overseas licence to nz licence..

normal NZ ppl need 3 test, you only need 2
